YOUR Stay

  • Check-in begins at 12:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability—please ask at the front desk upon arrival or call us in advance.

  • Yes. Our front desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is always someone available to assist you, no matter what time you arrive.

  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Certified service dogs are welcome upon presentation of proof.

  • Yes, the hotel is entirely non-smoking, including the guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. An outdoor smoking area is available. A cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is not followed in the guest rooms.

  • Not all rooms are equipped with safes. If you have any valuables, please ask at the front desk—we can help you store them securely.

ROOMS & AMENITIES

  • We offer four types of rooms: Standard Double (16 sq. m., queen bed, sleeps 2), Standard Twin (16 sq. m., 2 single beds, sleeps 2), Suite with Sofa Bed (22 sq. m., queen bed + sofa bed, sleeps 3), and Superior Corner Suite (32 sq. m., queen bed + sofa bed, sleeps 3). An accessible version of the Superior Suite is also available.

  • Yes, Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel—in both guest rooms and common areas. No login code is required. The connection is high-speed and suitable for video conferencing and remote work.

  • Yes, all 92 rooms are air-conditioned with individual temperature control.

  • Yes, we have an underground parking garage on site. Parking is subject to a fee—please ask at the front desk for current rates. The parking garage is equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.

  • Yes. We have wheelchair-accessible rooms and facilities, including accessible bathrooms. Our superior corner suite is specifically designed for guests who use wheelchairs. Please let us know your needs when you make your reservation so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • Yes. Our bar serves food and drinks 24 hours a day—including hot and cold options, snacks, and a drink menu. It’s also where breakfast is served in the morning.

  • Yes. Breakfast is included in the room rate at no extra charge. There are no additional fees or surprises when you check out.

  • Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and on weekends and holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor, next to the bar.

  • We offer a full buffet: hot dishes (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns), pastries and breads, a selection of cold items (yogurt, fruit, cereal, cold cuts, cheese), spreads, and hot and cold beverages.

  • Yes. Vegetarian options are always available. Gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk are available upon request—please let us know when you arrive. For any specific dietary needs, please contact us in advance ath9462@accor.com.

  • Yes. We have a dedicated meeting room on the ground floor: 32 m², air-conditioned, with natural light and a full range of audiovisual equipment. It can accommodate up to 12 people in a boardroom layout and up to 20 in a theater layout.

  • The room is equipped with a projector and screen, a whiteboard, a flip chart with markers, electrical outlets throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, and seating for up to 12 people. All equipment is included in the rental price—no hidden fees.

  • Yes. We offer welcome packages (coffee, tea, pastries), as well as half-day and full-day packages that include a working lunch. These services can also be ordered à la carte with 48 hours’ notice.

location & transportation

  • 2 Place de la Paix Céleste, 78180 Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France. GPS: 48.789235, 2.035916. We are right next to the National Velodrome.

  • By car: Take the A86 toward Versailles and exit at Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines—the trip takes about 20 minutes. By RER: Take the RER C to the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines station, then walk 10 minutes or take a 4-minute taxi ride. By taxi or Uber: About 25 to 35 minutes from downtown Paris.

  • CDG Airport is about a 45- to 55-minute drive by car or taxi, depending on traffic. There is no direct public transportation service—the most convenient options are a taxi, Uber, or a rental car.

  • 200 meters — about a 1-minute walk. We are the closest hotel to the Vélodrome National SQY, which hosted the track cycling and BMX racing events during the 2024 Paris Olympics.

  • Yes, Versailles is about 12 km away—a 20-minute drive. The palace is also accessible by public transportation via the RER C line from the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines station.

  • Green Key is an international eco-label awarded to tourism establishments that meet defined standards for environmental management—including energy, water, waste, food, and staff training. It is one of the most widely recognized sustainability certifications in the hospitality industry.

  • We use LED lighting throughout the property, operate energy-saving systems in all rooms, sort waste, minimize single-use plastics, provide EV charging in our parking lot, and offer linen reuse programs for longer stays. We also partner with local producers—including a local beekeeper whose honey is served at the hotel.

  • Yes. Our underground parking garage is equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. Please ask at the front desk for availability and rates.

  • Yes. For stays of 2 nights or more, you can participate in our linen reuse program to help reduce water and energy consumption. Simply place the designated card on your bed each morning, or let the front desk know when you arrive.

Reservations & Cancellations

  • It depends on the rate you booked. Flexible rates allow for free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival—after that, you may be charged for one night. Non-refundable rates are neither cancellable nor refundable. The policy applicable to your reservation is indicated at the time of booking.

  • Yes. Booking directly through the Accor ALL platform or by calling us guarantees you the best available rate. Third-party booking sites may charge fees that affect the price or terms of your stay.

  • Yes, for flexible-rate reservations. Contact us directly at h9462@accor.com or , or call +33 1 30 05 05 05. Alternatively, manage your reservation through the Accor ALL platform if you booked through it. Changes to non-refundable reservations may not be possible.

  • Yes. Invoices are available at check-out or will be sent by email after your stay. Please provide your billing information (company name, VAT number if applicable) upon arrival so that we can prepare it correctly.

  • Yes. A pre-authorization charge is placed on your credit card upon arrival to cover any potential additional charges. This is not a debit—it is released upon checkout if no additional charges are due.
