About these terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the ibis Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Vélodrome website and to reservations made directly on this website or by contacting us directly. By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

For reservations made through the Accor ALL platform or third-party booking sites, the terms and conditions of those platforms also apply.

Reservations and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us or from the Accor reservation system.

The rates shown are per room per night and include VAT at the current French rate. Breakfast is included in the rate. Additional services (parking, room service, etc.) are to be paid upon checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the fare booked:

  • Flexible rate – free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Any cancellation made after this time may result in a charge for one night.

  • Non-refundable rate— no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation or no-show.

The cancellation policy applicable to your reservation is indicated at the time of booking.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in begins at 12:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

A photo ID is required upon arrival. A pre-authorization charge may be placed on your credit card to cover any additional charges.

Rules and Regulations

  • The hotel is entirely non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is not followed.

  • Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certified service dogs.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave the premises in the event of disruptive behavior or conduct that violates these terms and conditions.

Liability

The hotel accepts no liability for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, except in cases of negligence on our part. Valuables should be kept in the in-room safe or at the front desk.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Versailles, France.
